Overview
Welcome to my store! The terms "we" and "our" refer to my store. My store operates the store and the website, including all relevant information, content, functions, tools, products and services in the order, to provide you (the customer) with a carefully planned shopping experience ("service"). My store is supported by Shopify, which enables us to provide the service.
The following service terms, together with any policies mentioned in this document (hereinafter referred to as "service terms" or "terms"), clarify your rights and responsibilities when using the service.
Please read these service terms carefully, which contain important information about your legal rights and cover aspects such as disclaimers and liability limitations.

We reserve the right to stop providing any products at any time and may limit the quantity of any products provided to anyone, any region, or jurisdiction as the situation requires. 
Part 3 - Order
When you place an order, you are making a purchase offer. My store reserves the right to accept or reject your order at its sole discretion for any reason. Your order will only be considered valid after it has been confirmed and accepted by my store. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please carefully review your order before submitting it. Once your order is accepted, my store may not be able to accept requests to cancel the order. If we do not accept, change or cancel the order, we will attempt to contact you through the email, billing address and/or phone number you provided when placing the order.
Your purchase can only be returned or exchanged according to our refund policy [link].
You represent and warrant that your purchase is for your personal or household use only and is not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotional activities may change without further notice. The price of a product or service is the effective price at the time of placing an order and is listed in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise specified, the indicated price does not include taxes, shipping fees, processing fees, customs duties, or import charges.
The prices published in our online store may differ from those in physical stores, online stores operated by third parties, or other stores. We may from time to time offer service promotions, which may affect pricing and are subject to the terms of these service provisions in addition to these terms. If the promotional terms conflict with these terms, the promotional terms shall prevail.
You agree to provide us with the latest, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information when making purchases in our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card number, and expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you when necessary.
You represent and warrant (1) that the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (2) that you have formally authorized the use of this credit card for purchases, (3) that your credit card company will bear the costs incurred by you, and (4) that you will pay the costs incurred by you, including shipping and handling fees, as well as all applicable taxes (if any), at the published prices. 
Section 5 - Delivery and Distribution
We are not responsible for any delays in delivery and distribution. All delivery times are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or situations beyond our control. Once we transfer the products to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss are transferred to you. 
Section 6 - Intellectual Property
Our services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, display content, images, graphics, product reviews, videos, and audio, as well as their designs, selections, and arrangements, are owned by my store, its affiliates, or the licensing party, and are protected by US and foreign patents, copyrights, and other intellectual property laws.
This clause only permits you to use the services for personal non-commercial purposes. Without our prior written consent, you are not allowed to copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, perform publicly, re-release, download, store, or transmit any materials in the service. Except as expressly stated, nothing in this clause shall be construed as granting you any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property license or other rights from my store, Shopify, or any third party. Unauthorized use of this service may violate federal and state intellectual property laws. My store reserves all rights not expressly granted in this agreement.
The name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans of my store are trademarks of my store or its affiliates or licensing party. Without the prior written permission of my store, you are not allowed to use the trademark. The name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans of Shopify are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans appearing in the service are the trademarks of their respective owners. 
Section 7 - Optional Tools
You may be granted access to customer tools provided by third parties. These tools are part of the service, but we neither monitor nor control these tools, nor do we make any intervention.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools in their "as is" and "available" state, without any form of guarantee, statement or condition, nor do we make any endorsement. We shall not be liable for any responsibility arising from or related to your use of optional third-party tools.
Using any optional tools provided by this website is at your own risk and at your own discretion. You must ensure that you are familiar with and agree to the terms provided by the relevant third-party provider.

My store is supported by Shopify, which enables us to provide services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are directly with my store. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales conducted between you and my store, including any injuries, damages or losses resulting from the purchase of products and services. You hereby expressly waive any claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases or transactions with my store by Shopify.

By using this service, you indicate that you have read and understood this privacy policy.
Since the service is hosted by Shopify, Shopify will handle personal information related to your access and use of the service in order to provide the service and improve it. The information you submit to the service will be transmitted to Shopify and possibly to third parties located in countries/regions outside your residence in order to provide the service. You may only access and use this service for legitimate purposes. You are not permitted to directly or indirectly access or use this service for the following purposes: (1) any illegal or malicious purpose; (2) violating any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, statutes, laws or local ordinances; (3) infringing or violating our intellectual property rights or those of others; (4) harassing, abusing, insulting, harming, defaming, slander, intimidating or harming any of our employees or any other person; (5) spreading false or misleading information; (6) sending, knowingly receiving, uploading, downloading, using or repeatedly using any materials that do not comply with these terms; (7) sending or encouraging the sending of any advertisements or promotional materials, including any "spam", "chain letters", "junk information" or any other similar promotional content; (8) impersonating or attempting to impersonate any other person or entity; or (9) engaging in any other behavior that restricts or hinders the use or enjoyment of the service by any person, or any behavior that we consider may harm my store, Shopify or the interests of service users, or make them liable.
Furthermore, you agree not to: (1) upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code, which will or may affect the functionality or operation of the service in any way; (2) copy, duplicate, extract, sell, resell or utilize any part of the service; (3) collect or track the personal information of others; (4) send spam, phishing emails, deceptive emails or abuse the service; (5) use any robots, web crawlers, scrapers, data collection and extraction tools, automatic devices or processes, AI tools (such as agent-based AI), or access the service in any automatic or manual manner; or (6) interfere with, bypass or circumvent the security, authorization functions, robot exclusion headers or other measures we have taken to restrict access to the service. If we believe that you have violated any part of these terms, we have the right to suspend, disable or terminate your account at any time without prior notice. 
Section 14 - Agent
14.1 If you use, permit, enable or cause the deployment of an agent to access, use any service or interact with any service, then this section (the "Agent Terms") shall apply. 14.4 The agent must: (1) Indicate in all HTTP/HTTPS requests that the request is coming from the agent, and include the following content in the user agent string of the request to disclose the name of the agent: "Agent/[Agent Name]"; (2) Must not conceal or confuse any fact that access, use or interaction is from the agent, for example by (a) mimicking human behavior and interaction patterns, or (b) completing or evading verification codes or measures intended to distinguish between computers and humans; (3) Answer truthfully any questions or prompts designed to determine whether the interaction is from a human or a computer; (4) Must not evade or otherwise avoid any measures designed to prevent, restrict, modify or control the way the agent accesses, uses the service or interacts with the service.

We may at our discretion terminate this agreement or your access to the services (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice. However, you shall still be responsible for all outstanding payments as of the termination date (including the date itself).
After the termination of the terms, the following sections remain in effect: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination Clauses, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity Clauses, Severability Clauses, Waiver Clauses; Complete Agreement, Assignment Clauses, Applicable Law, Privacy Policy, and any other terms that are inherently valid after the termination of the agreement.

Any reliance you place on such information is entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any liability or obligation arising from your reliance on such materials.
Unless otherwise explicitly stated by my store, this service and all products provided through this service are made available to you in their 'as is' and 'as available' condition, without any express or implied representations, warranties or conditions, including implied warranties of merchantability, quality of goods, suitability for a specific purpose, durability, ownership, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee, promise or warrant that your use of the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Article 17 - Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, my store, our partners, directors, managers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers or licensors, as well as Shopify and its affiliates, shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any form of direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of income, loss of savings, data loss, replacement costs or any similar damages, regardless of whether they arise from contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or other legal causes, due to your use of any service or any product obtained through the service, or any other claims related to your use of the service or any product, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in the content, or any form of loss or damage resulting from the use of the service or the transmission, or other provision of any content (or product) through the service, even if the possibility of such damages has been informed. 
Article 18 - Compensation
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless my store, Shopify, as well as our affiliates, partners, managers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims (including reasonable attorney fees) that may arise from the circumstances described below: (1) Your violation of these Service Terms or any documents incorporated by reference therein; (2) Your infringement of any law or rights of a third party; or (3) Your access and use of the service.
We will notify you of any claims that require compensation, but if you do not receive the notice in a timely manner, this will not relieve your obligation to compensate, unless you suffer substantial damages as a result. We can control the defense and settlement of such claims, and the costs will be borne by you, including the selection of attorneys. However, without your consent (you may not unreasonably refuse), we will not settle any claims that require you to undertake non-monetary obligations. You should cooperate in defending the claims that require compensation, including providing relevant documents. 
Article 19 - Divisibility
If any provision of these Service Terms is determined to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall still be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable part shall be regarded as separate from these Service Terms. This determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Service Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Service Terms, together with any policies or operating rules on our website or related to the service, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us, and bind your use of the service, superseding any previous or concurrent oral or written agreements, communications, and proposals (including but not limited to any previous versions of the Service Terms).
Any ambiguity in the interpretation of these Service Terms shall not be construed against the drafter.

Without our prior written consent, you shall not entrust, transfer or assign this agreement or any of your rights or obligations under these terms. Any such attempt shall be invalid. These terms of service and any separate agreements we provide to you shall be governed by the federal, state or local courts of the jurisdiction where our store headquarters is located and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of such courts. You and our store agree to be tried in such courts and to accept the personal jurisdiction of those courts over you.

The titles used in this agreement are provided for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect the terms of this clause.

We have the right to independently decide to update, modify or replace any part of these terms by posting updates and changes on our website.
