退款政策

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the goods. 
Returns are subject to certain conditions. Your item must be in the same condition as when it was received, un-worn or unused, with the label intact and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return request, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how to send the package and the delivery location. We do not accept goods that are returned without first applying for a return.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order items upon receipt. If the items are defective, damaged or sent in error, please contact us immediately so that we can assess and resolve the issue. 

 

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us. 
We are very sorry, but we do not accept returns for promotional products or gift cards. 

 

Exchange
The quickest way to obtain the desired goods is to return the old ones and purchase new ones upon their acceptance. 

 

EU 14-day cooling period
Despite the above regulations, if the goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel the order or return the goods without any reason within 14 days. As mentioned above, your goods must be in the same condition as when received, unopened or unused, with labels attached and in their original packaging. You also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

Refund
After we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will notify you to inform you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that your bank or credit card company also needs some time to process and credit the refund.
